I like level five characters, even in factions that supposedly can't bring them out. Every faction can bring them out if that's what you want to do, although some factions certainly do have a harder time doing so.  One of my goals is to have level 5 characters worth bringing out (well, I would prefer every card worth playing >.>).  Sometimes level fives especially just aren't worth the resources necessary to use them.  I hope that all of the ones in this set are worth it (if you choose to to do so).
